“The
Toner Agent” blocks The Ursu Dossier
After
12 years of all sorts of obstacles/hindrances from the Romanian Justice
System and Intelligence Service (SRI), the avatars of the Gheorghe Ursu’s
murder case reached the Military Territorial Tribunal of Bucharest (TMTB).
The
‘bizarre aspects’ of this dossier that “burns” multiply with almost every
day that goes by. At the latest court hearings of the trial in which
individuals belonging to the “Stanica lot” are indicted, the President
of the Court panel, Liviu Pirvu (Vice-president of TMTB), eventually agreed
and promised to the interested parties to allow them, against payment,
to have a copy of the dossier. After all the taxes and fees have been paid
and, of course, after several postponements, the victim’s representatives
were told that the dossier could not be copied because “we lack the toner”.
