"The
Rahova Beast" was hidded in his own house
The
Torturers (were helped to) escape
…The
short term scheduled for the torturers’ appeal is suspicious. We
were told they were not found right after the sentencing… In this case,
the Police really wanted not to find them. We are talking about intention,
not an oversight. Later, the Police – which had “precise” data – declared
that the two hid somewhere in the country: "they are together in a location,
and are waiting for the appeal’s resolution". If they were together and
knew what they were waiting for, then the Police knew where they were.
And now, the recourse comes suspiciously fast.
One
of the former victims of Creanga, told us that he followed the movements
around his house, on Visarion 8. His surprise was to see the Policemen
being greeted in a friendly fashion inside his house, and then leaving
very shortly. It was obvious they did not search the house.
He firmly believes Creanga never left home. Although there is a General
arrest warrant for them, they were treated “friendly” (they had been colleagues,
right ?). The subterfuge took the short appeals term into consideration.
Same
thing happened with Tudor Stanica at his home on Rafael Santio street.
Many of today’s police chiefs were his subordinates before 1989. If the
torturers “disappeared”, it’a all due to their connections in the Police
and Secret services.
So,
the torturer Mihail Creanga never even ran away to avoid the prison he
commanded his whole life. He stayed in his huge villa, which he ammassed
by fraud. In spite of the whole country’s public opinion. … The normal
thing would be for them to be brought to trial in handcuffs. By the
Police

The
Prosecutor’s Office contends Mihai Creanga and Tudor Stanica were sentenced
too “harshly”
…The
public Ministry contends that the two were too harshly punished… This gave
a boon to the defendants....
