· 2000 - Counsel Florica Enescu - for all her legal advisory activity performed with professionalism and understanding.

· 1999 - Dan Perjovschi - for the biting and bright satire of his cartoons, and of his column "Vis-a-vis", directed at the imperfections and the illusions of Romanian society.
- Felicia Antip - for her tireless advocacy in favor of a critical thinking, for a discourse grounded on respect and truth; carried on by an unforgiving journalistic activity against the totalitarian and nationalistic-chauvinistic trends.

· 1998 - Victor Barsan - for the volume "The Great Journey - The life and death of the engineer Gheorghe Ursu"
- Herma Kopernik Kennel - for the volume "Es gibt Dinge, die mus mann einfach tun" ("Jogging with the Securitate - the resistance of the young Radu Filipescu".
- Sergiu Radu Ruba - for his literary works and for his exemplary participation (involvement) in Romanian social issues.

· 1997 - Andrei Cornea - for the volume "The Illusions Making Machine" and for his entire journalistic activity.
- Iordan Chimet - for the anthologies "The Right to Memory" and "The Moment of Truth"
- Cornelia Stefanescu - for her journalistic activity aimed at the recovery of the Gheorghe Ursu's works.

· 1996 -The Civic Academy - for supporting "The Sighet Memorial" project.
- Luminita Salagean - for the TV documentary "The King of Butterflies".
- Helmut Frauendorfer - for the TV documentary "The Testament of a Murdered Poet"
- Cornel Mihalache - for the documentary film "BABU"
